SLC BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPLICATION
To apply for a Board of Director's position, an applicant must be a member of the corporation. You are a member if the meter is in your name.
The application must include a signed statement.
- Stating that you are 18 years of age or older on the first day of term.
- Has not been determined by a final judgemnet of a court exercising probate jursidiction to be totally mentally incapacitated without the right to vote.
- You have not been convicted of a felony or if convicted, was pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disability.
A brief biographical information about the person applying; including a statment of their qualifications to serve as director.
A statement of written consent to serve if elected and must meet the qualifications of the by-laws of the corporation.

Upon receipt of each applicaton a credentials committee shall review the application for completeness, confirm they are a current member prior to giving final approval.
Completed application deadline is March 13, 2024.
